Coach Jason Jablonski

“I spend the majority of my waking hours helping others become lightning fast and wouldn’t have it any other way.”

My Mission

My life’s work has been training the human body to perform at its potential. I have been a high performance coach for over 20 years and have trained over 200 athletes in competitive cycling, running, swimming, and XC skiing. I am passionate about curating the perfect program for each athlete and consider strong form and a well-executed race to be art at its finest.

I am currently the head coach for Bear National Team, a development program that prepares MTB racers for the world circuit. In addition, I have a full-time coaching business that supports individual athletes in their personal goals. I spend the majority of my waking hours helping others become lightning fast and wouldn’t have it any other way.

What athletes are saying:

“Jason introduced me to the sport of cycling and is the reason I’m still racing today. He’s the best when it comes to endurance training, but more importantly, he knows how to connect with his athletes and support them as individuals. Jason encouraged me through major disappointments and celebrated with me through major success, he coached me to love the process, and from that I’ve been able to make cycling my profession and lifelong passion.”

— Cole Paton

“I have been working with Jason for over 6 years now. I reached out to him because I wanted to be competitive in Category 1 XC MTB racing. When I first started with him, I would routinely finish in the back of the pack. Within a few years I had my first podium to a 2nd place finish. Jason knows when to make me work and knows when to make me rest so I can be competitive.”

— Shawn Needham

“I met Jason when I was in middle school, and started working with him as a competitive swimmer in high school. I’ve now been working with him for going on 10 years. He has the unique ability to help his athletes reach their potential while also factoring life stressors and individual needs. He has helped me stay passionate about my sport without burnout, and been there for me through the hard times and the really good ones. ”
