SET Coaching Athlete Takes First Place!

Congratulations to Sarah Barkley for taking first place overall female at last weekends Fiasco In Pasco!  Sarah is one of the hardest working athletes I know.  This win was much deserved taking first place by over 1 min.

Also, another great accomplishment by one of our athletes was Martha  Amrine’s PR at the Bloomsday Run in Spokane.  Martha set a personal best of 50:50 for the 12K run.  That puts her mile pace at 6:47 min/ miles.  Thats Fast!  Martha is on track to take over.
