This package offers daily feedback and evaluation, close monitoring, and personal contact to keep you on the path to success.
This package includes:
- Daily evaluation and analysis of wattage and/or heart rate files
- Discounts on custom bike fitting services, personal run evaluations and swim analysis
- Field Testing (coach administered based on client availability) every 6-8 weeks
- An updated and customized weekly training plan with weekly edits as necessary
- 4 weekly email correspondences
- Weekly phone consultation
*This package requires a 6-month commitment
12-WEEK Personal Training Programs
Combining your motivation with specific direction to help you cross the line.
This package includes:
- Graded exercise test or field test to establish training parameters
- Personal 12-week training schedule
- Goal setting session with clear objectives to hit peak fitness on specific dates
- Establishment of training levels using heart rate or wattage
Video analysis & Bike Fitting
SET Coaching is partnered with Black Diamond Sports Therapy to offer premium analysis services. We offer Dartfish video analysis, Retul bike fitting services, lactate profile analysis, as well as many other tools to help you achieve your best in cycling, running, swimming, or whatever your sport may be.
