Come join us for the Apple Capital Spring Duathlon!  This is a great way to start your 2012 season.  Always lots of support.  We strive to send everyone home happy (but probably tired).  Be sure to register early as the first 100 are getting a race souvenir!  Registration can be printed off here 2012 DU ENTRY and mailed  in or go to Active to register online.
